The integrated communication system was developed for track and sport riders using the S-R7 helmet. Thanks to seamless automatic switching between Mesh 3.0 and WAVE, it enables clear group communication and uninterrupted connectivity over long distances - even at high speeds.

Construction

• The A-Connect Communication System is constructed as an integrated plastic helmet communication unit combining Mesh Intercom 3.0, WAVE cellular, and Bluetooth 5.3 hardware within a compact S-R7-specific assembly.
• The communication architecture is built around a mesh network structure engineered for rider-to-rider connection distances of up to 2 km (1.4 miles) in open terrain.
• The intercom build supports open or private mesh group configuration through a system structure developed to manage virtually unlimited rider connections.
• The audio construction uses a pair of 40 mm second-generation Harman Kardon high-resolution speakers as the core speaker hardware.
• The voice-processing structure integrates AI-powered ambient noise reduction and echo cancellation within the system’s audio architecture.
• The internal electronics are built around a dual-core CPU architecture for management of communication, audio, and control functions.
• The microphone assembly uses a high-fidelity wired microphone configured for dedicated helmet installation.
• The integrated power unit is constructed to provide up to 20 hours of talk time in Bluetooth intercom mode.
• The charging system uses a USB-C Quick Charge configuration with a full recharge time of approximately 2.5 hours.
• The mounted system construction is rated to IPX5 for water-resistant external use.
