No matter the product purchased from Fowlers of Bristol Ltd, we aim to despatch all orders as fast as possible. Delivery is free for mainland UK customers (exlc. Highlands and Islands) when the order placed is over £70.00. Please note that orders placed after 05:00 PM on Friday or any time over the weekend will be despatched on Monday at the earliest.

*If you have provided us with your mobile number, you will receive delivery notifications from our chosen courier advising you on an approximate time in which they expect to arrive to you. Please note however that all times are estimates.

Returns & Exchanges

Fowlers of Bristol Ltd aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occassions however, goods may need to be returned:

• If you have received goods that do not match those that you purchased, you should contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange or return
• If you have received good that are damaged when they were delivered to you, you should contact us within 28 days to arrange an exchange or return
• If any goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty
• If you have changed your mind. You have a statutory right to a "cooling off" period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 days after the goods have been delivered to you. Goods must be returned with all original packaging, unsoiled and in a condition fit for resale
