Crafted from Halley Stevensons 12oz original and authentic Scottish waxed cotton for a luxury feel, Expedition then features a removable waterproof and thermal liner – built to weather whatever adventure you throw at it. Pre-fitted 5 piece D3O®️ armour keeps you safe whilst all of the components are also sourced from the finest brands, such as YKK®️

Merlin Expedition Wax Textile Jacket

Creating the perfect blend between heritage and adventure, Merlin’s Expedition jacket is constructed from 12oz Halley Stevensons Scottish waxed cotton, backed by a Reissa Active waterproof membrane, which is bonded to a cosy 125g thermal lining. Ventilation points to the bicep, chest and rear expel hot air quickly, and make Expedition a truly versatile jacket that can tackle warm weather rides too. A five-piece suite of D3O armour sits at the elbows, shoulders and back, while the jacket as a whole receives CE Level ‘A’ certification. A D3O Viper Stealth back protector can also be fitted if required

No matter the product purchased from Fowlers of Bristol Ltd, we aim to despatch all orders as fast as possible. Delivery is free for mainland UK customers (exlc. Highlands and Islands) when the order placed is over £70.00. Please note that orders placed after 05:00 PM on Friday or any time over the weekend will be despatched on Monday at the earliest.

Returns & Exchanges

Fowlers of Bristol Ltd aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occassions however, goods may need to be returned:

If you have received goods that do not match those that you purchased, you should contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange or return
If you have received good that are damaged when they were delivered to you, you should contact us within 28 days to arrange an exchange or return
If any goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty
If you have changed your mind. You have a statutory right to a "cooling off" period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 days after the goods have been delivered to you. Goods must be returned with all original packaging, unsoiled and in a condition fit for resale
