We are delighted to confirm that we can welcome you back into the store from Saturday, 6th June!
Everything will be open to you – the main showrooms; clothing and accessories; the workshop; Honda showroom; Parts Counter; plus Kawasaki will be re-located temporarily to the top floor of the main building.
When is Harry’s Café re-opening?
Although Jane is unable to re-open Harry’s Café for the moment, she will be offering takeaway food in Fowlers’ car park in a stunning, original ‘Airstream’ catering unit, so you can still enjoy the same sort of hospitality you have come to expect!
Preparations for re-opening
We’ve put a lot of measures in place to make your trip to Fowlers as safe as possible for you, other visitors and our colleagues.
Managing the number of people in the buildings is the only option available to maintain legal social distancing, and avoid over-crowding within. You may be asked to queue outside if we’re unable to welcome you in immediately.
All our team members are being thoroughly trained on how to serve you safely. They will be wearing anti-viral masks, plus gloves when appropriate, and strict social distancing will be maintained to enable you to shop with confidence.
Hand sanitizing stations have been positioned at the entrances and throughout the premises. You will be respectfully requested to sanitize your hands upon entry to the premises, and you will be supplied with an anti-virus surgical mask for added protection.
To keep you, other visitors and our colleagues safe, and to enable social distancing, one-way systems have been put in place, which are clearly marked on the floors and with signage. Also, on the stairs, customers will be asked to give way to customers who are going up.
In the Clothing & Accessories department, the changing rooms will be open on a limited basis. Clothing and helmets will be regularly disinfected with either UV technology or sanitizing products, especially after customers have touched. If you need to handle or try on a product, please ask a member of staff so that we can keep on top of sanitizing.
Can you help?
As you know, you’ll always find a warm welcome at Fowlers, although our ability to accommodate large groups of riders may need to be limited.
While you’re here, please remember to respect the Government’s important social distancing guidelines.Payments via credit/debit card (including Contactless) will be your best choice, and precautions will be in place to ensure your preferred method of payment, including cash, can be accepted safely. The payment terminals will be sanitized after each use, and staff will wear masks and gloves while handling your payments.
