Vespa Young Collection T-Shirt and Mug

The new Vespa Young collection celebrates the 70th anniversary of the iconic Italian scooter with a range of clothing and accessories that draw on the brand’s heritage, presenting it with a dash of contemporary Italian style.

Made from 95% cotton, with 5% elastane for a cool and comfortable fit, the Short Sleeve T-Shirt features a stylish outline drawing of the original Vespa GTS scooter on the front, with contrasting blue highlight below. A neat, two-tone Vespa 70th Anniversary logo on the left sleeve completes the look. It comes in sizes S-3XL.

Like the T-shirt, the Vespa Young Ceramic Mug has a distinctive style, with images of some of the most recognisable Vespa scooter models in contrasting coloured circles. Fowlers add Husqvarna on-road to line-up

Husqvarna on-road bikes join the unrivalled line-up of new motorcycles in Fowlers’ spectacular showrooms, bringing even more choice to Bristol’s bikers.

The 11th official franchise at Fowlers, Husqvarna bikes will be displayed in their own dedicated area, surrounded by motorcycles and scooters from Aprilia, Gilera, Honda, KTM, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio, Suzuki, Triumph, Vespa and Yamaha.

Husqvarna started producing motorcycles in Sweden in 1903, just 23 years before Fowlers first opened their shop in Bristol, and went on to specialise in off-road machines, winning their first motocross world title in 1959.

The first new Husqvarnas to arrive at Fowlers are the 701 Enduro and Supermoto models, both bringing fresh design ideas that combine the latest off-road technology in a package for road riders to enjoy.

Weighing in at just 145 kg and with 74 hp on tap, controlled by advanced electronics and in a state-of-the-art chassis, the 701 Supermoto brings the pure riding essence of Supermoto to the street.
Bred from decades of enduro world championship-winning pedigree, the 701 ENDURO combines high performance with Swedish functionality in a stylish and modern design, offering the ability to conquer urban environments and treacherous off-road terrain with equal composure.

They will be joined later in the year by the Vitpilen 401 (White Arrow) and Svartpilen 401 (Black Arrow). Delivering a new perspective on urban motorcycling, Husqvarna stripped away every single thing that was not essential, for an authentic, functional and simple riding experience, making motorcycling more accessible and inviting than ever before.

Both trade and retail customers will be able to buy genuine Husqvarna on-road spare parts at Fowlers, either in store or online. Fowlers is at 2-12 Bath Road, Bristol BS4 3DR, on Bristol’s A38 inner ring road and within a 5-minute walk of Temple Meads mainline railway station. RIDE CULTURE event – 12/13th May

Ride Culture – Bristol’s Newest Bike Show – Saturday 13th May 2017

Ride Culture – a celebration of the resurgent bobber, café racer and retro motorcycle scene – will kick off with a preview party at Bristol’s Paintworks on Friday 12th May at 6pm.

Fowlers, Bristol’s well-known and long-established motorcycle dealer, will be supporting this exciting new event, to help get it off to a strong start. The team at Fowlers has picked a selection of cool machines to bring to the show, including its own ‘take’ on the all-conquering Triumph Bobber, plus a pair of Yamaha’s yard-built custom machines and a Moto Guzzi V7 Sport in retro colours.

Named the best place to live in Britain by the Sunday Times, Bristol has become associated with all things cool, and riders involved in this alternative bike culture felt that the time had come for the city to host its own special event – with a unique Bristol twist – along the lines of the Bike Shed (Shoreditch, London) and The One Show (Portland, USA).

Curated by Spoke & Stringer, the show will feature back-to-basics machines that capture the raw pleasure of motorcycling, like Down & Out’s awesome custom Bobber (one of the highlights of the NEC) and Old Empire’s classy Bonneville T120 (below), alongside an assortment of factory customs from Triumph, Yamaha, Ducati and BMW. Individual and team builders from across the South West will also be displaying their creations.

Fowlers will be bringing a hand-picked selection of the coolest clothing and helmets from some great heritage brands for you to see, such as Belstaff, Bell and Hedon, featuring authentic-looking retro ranges to help you look as good as your ride!

Your other senses will be treated, too, with great food, drink and music:

PLUS Street food from Spoke & Stringer’s award-winning kitchen, craft ales, local cider and Easy Jose speciality Coffee.

Paintworks is a stylish event space in Bristol’s ‘Creative Quarter’, just a couple of minutes’ ride up the A4 Bath Road from Fowlers’ spectacular showrooms, where you can see new bikes from Moto Guzzi, Triumph, Yamaha, Suzuki, Aprilia, Honda, KTM, Husqvarna, Piaggio and Vespa, plus hundreds of pre-owned machines of all makes.

Book tickets on-line here.

Hurry….space is limited and they’ll be sure to sell out fast!

Ride Culture is more than just an event – it’s a life-style!
