Warehouse Operative

As one of the largest multi-franchise motorcycle retailers in the UK, Fowlers Motorcycles is seeking to appoint an experienced and energetic individual to join our Showrooms’ team

THE ROLE:

Joining a friendly and experienced team, you will be working in our busy, semi-automated warehouse, picking and dispatching customer orders. The role will also include general stock control duties, booking in stock and locating incoming stock deliveries each day.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• The willingness and ability to work diligently, methodically and accurately, even at busy times


• Computer literacy, numeracy, and accuracy essential


• You are fluent in speaking, understanding, and reading the English language


• The motivation, flexibility and enthusiasm to be a successful team player


• Competent and efficient with strong organisational skills


• The ability to use one’s initiative when required


• Resourceful, target-driven and ambitious with the determination to exceed expectations


• A helpful, friendly, ‘can-do’ attitude


• Prepared to multi-task when the need arises


• A good understanding of the ‘hows’ and ‘whys’ of maintaining the highest standards of customer service


• A technical knowledge or experience of motorcycles or scooters and/or parts an asset (not essential)
