Fowlers Motorcycles is seeking to appoint a

Specialist Telephone Advisor/Parts, Clothing & Accessories

THE ROLE:

The purpose of this role is to receive telephone calls in a timely manner from trade and retail customers, and establish what is required by identifying the correct product or part number. Wherever possible, you must endeavour to maximise sales by upselling appropriately. Your conversations with customers are to be undertaken in a courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner at all times.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A good communicator with an excellent grasp of the English language, both written and verbal


• Previous experience in either a similar role or having technical knowledge an asset


• Computer literacy, numeracy and accuracy essential with an attention to detail


• A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English grade A-C


• Strong organizational skills


• Conscientious, with thorough attention to detail


• Adaptable and flexible


• Ability to work to deadlines


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, with an understanding of spreadsheets


• Ability to use your initiative and to upsell as required


• The flexibility to be a successful team player
