Fowlers Motorcycles is seeking to appoint a Service Advisor
THE ROLE: To deliver the highest standards of customer service, and to deal with customer queries discreetly, tactfully and sensitively in order to exceed customer expectations. You will work with a team of Advisors and Technicians to negotiate workloads, and provide timescales and costings to customers, whilst ensuring that customers’ wishes and expectations are surpassed.
