Fowlers Motorcycles is seeking to appoint a

Service Advisor

 

THE ROLE:

To deliver the highest standards of customer service, and to deal with customer queries discreetly, tactfully and sensitively in order to exceed customer expectations. You will work with a team of Advisors and Technicians to negotiate workloads, and provide timescales and costings to customers, whilst ensuring that customers’ wishes and expectations are surpassed.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The desire and ability to deliver exceptional customer service, and to be an outstanding ’ambassador‘ for Fowlers

  • A good communicator who is proficient in spoken and written English

  • A friendly, outgoing, approachable and professional manner, whilst preserving discretion and a high degree of diplomacy

  • The ability to use your initiative, whilst adhering to company guidelines and procedures

  • A good team player, who also benefits from an energetic and flexible approach

  • A technical appreciation of current models of motorcycles and scooters is a significant asset

  • Computer literate, numerate and accurate

  • A good sense of humour is essential
