Service Advisor


As one of the largest multi-franchise motorcycle retailers in the UK, Fowlers Motorcycles is seeking to appoint an experienced and energetic individual with a mature attitude to join our Service Team


To deliver the highest standards of customer service, and to deal with customer queries discreetly, tactfully, and sensitively in order to exceed their expectations. You will work as part of a team of Advisors and Technicians to schedule workloads, while providing timescales and costings to customers, and ensuring that customers are confident of receiving best-in-class workmanship and first-rate service.


  • The desire and ability to deliver exceptional customer service, and to be an outstanding ’ambassador‘ for Fowlers

  • A minimum of 2 GCSEs in Maths and English, grades A to C, or 9 to 5, or equivalent

  • A technical appreciation of, and/or enthusiasm about, motorcycles and scooters is a significant asset

  • An excellent communicator who is fluent in spoken and written English

  • A friendly, outgoing, approachable, diplomatic, and professional manner

  • You are expected to be prepared to uphold the highest standards of integrity and discretion

  • The ability to use your initiative intelligently, whilst observing company guidelines and procedures

  • Computer literate, numerate and accurate

  • A good team player, who also benefits from an energetic and flexible approach
