Fowlers Motorcycles is seeking to appoint a
Parts Counter Advisor
THE ROLE:
- To sell spare parts, accessories and equipment to retail and trade customers face-to-face.
- Supply our showroom with genuine accessories and aftermarket performance parts.
- Take orders via our on-line parts and accessories electronic parts catalogue (EPC).
- Pick orders from the warehouse as required.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ability and determination to provide the highest standards of customer service.
- Computer literacy, numeracy and accuracy essential.
- An excellent communicator with a good grasp of the English language, verbally & written.
- A technical knowledge or experience of motorcycles or scooters an advantage.
- The willingness, flexibility and enthusiasm to be a successful team player.
- Well-organized and with strong communication skills.
- Previous customer-facing retail experience an asset with the ability to engage with customers.
- An enthusiastic, friendly, professional and outgoing personality.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- To be prepared to multi-task when the need arises.
