Our Clothing & Accessories department is seeking to appoint a

SALES ADVISOR

You will assist and guide our customers in their purchases of clothing and accessories to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service


• Previous customer-facing retail experience an asset


• A good communicator at all levels with an excellent grasp of the English language


• A friendly, outgoing, approachable and professional manner


• Efficient, target-driven and ambitious with the determination to exceed customer expectations in a competitive sales environment


• Computer literacy, numeracy and accuracy essential


• Experience of motorcycles and scooters/or bicycles and/or motorcycle clothing and accessories is useful but not essential


• Energetic and flexible team player


• A minimum of 2 GCSE’s A-C or equivalent in Maths & English
