To join a friendly and experienced team to assist and guide our customers in their purchases of clothing and accessories, whilst ensuring first-rate customer satisfaction


  • Desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Previous customer-facing retail experience an asset

  • Computer literate, numerate and accurate with particular attention to detail

  • An enthusiasm for motorcycles and/or scooters an asset

  • A good communicator at all levels, with an excellent grasp of the English language, both written and verbal

  • A professional approach, as well as a friendly, outgoing, sociable and approachable manner

  • Efficient, target-driven and ambitious, with a determination to exceed customer expectations

  • Computer literacy, numeracy and accuracy essential

  • Experience of motorcycles and scooters/or bicycles and/or motorcycle clothing and accessories is useful, although of lesser importance

  • Energetic and flexible team player

  • A minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English grade A-C
